What You’ll Do:

As a member of our sales team, you’ll be the first point of contact for writers seeking support and direction. Your mission: build meaningful connections, understand their needs, and match them with the right publishing solutions.

Your day-to-day will include:

-Engaging with prospects through calls, texts, emails, and follow-ups

-Nurturing leads and building trusted relationships

-Identifying key decision-makers and closing deals

-Scheduling consultations and maintaining a steady flow of outreach using GoHighLevel CRM and Kajabi to track engagement and document progress.

-Complete our sales training

-Become familiar with our publishing programs and client journey

-Establish key performance metrics for success

-Confidently navigate and utilize our CRM and tools

What We’re Looking For:

-Proven experience in sales, preferably in a consultative or service-based industry.

-Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

-Self-starter mentality with a love for learning and personal growth

-Comfort with CRM systems (GoHighLevel experience a plus) and digital tools like Kajabi

-Passion for writing, books, or publishing is a huge bonus!

This is an hourly wage + commission position, offering the potential for strong earnings based on performance.
